This is the best cafe in an otherwise terrible neighborhood. The cafe has a lovely interior, great food, and lovely staff. Many vegan options for breakfast, luncheon, smoothies, snacks, pastries and cakes. Right next door is the Belsize Streatery, which we didn&#39;t like at all. We didn&#39;t feel welcomed there as a gay-couple. The village cafe is the opposite: family-friendly, gay-friendly, inclusive. Don&#39;t go to any other places in Belsize, they are all bad, but the Village Cafe is great!!!

Oliver's village Cafe

Not quite as good as previous visits. Starter was disappointing, Madras was too hot (hotter than before) and naan was slightly over cooked. Won&rsquo;t put me off coming back but was slightly disappointed on this visit.

Although I haven&#39;t been there yet, it feels very good. The food is very attractive and the environment is very good. I have the opportunity to taste it.

Popped in to the Garden Gate for a quick drink whilst visiting someone at the Royal free hospital. Staff were very knowledgeable about their cask ales. Sat outside in the sunshine nice outside seating area. Traditional pub at a reasonable price. Will definitely return.

Having just returned from Spain I was interested to see how this Tapas Restaurant compared with the authentic Spanish version. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Despite the restaurant being very busy as it was a Friday night, the service was excellent and the Spanish waitress was very friendly and helpful. As for the food amongst the dishes we ordered were Gambas Pil Pil and Serrano ham. The Pil Pil was the equal to any eaten in Spain, and the ham was delicious. The portion of ham served was much larger than expected. Another benefit is that you can book a table on line. There are tables outside, adding to the continental feel, although it was a little chilly for us to sit in the open. Nevertheless some hardy souls were occupying these tables. I would thoroughly recommend this establishment.
